Remove the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\cloud" folder from the registry (make back-up). It seems new installed systemens do not have these folder. But the folder does contain some policies on how, and what, to updateOffice 365 Apps.
It was found out that somehow, cloudupdate got enabled in the Microsoft 365 Apps Admin Center which resulted in many of our devices being targeted with the cloudupdatepolicy.
